This is a unique and exciting opportunity to build governance experience, knowledge of organics and regenerative agriculture principles, and tangibly contribute to climate action.

We are looking for young professionals to join the OANZ Future Leader programme. Our ideal candidate is respectful, with high integrity and a desire to learn. We are looking for candidates with strong communication and collaboration skills, candidates who are creative and critical thinkers, and candidates who have a passion for problem-solving.

Do you have experience and knowledge in one of the following core areas?

  • Communications, Marketing and Brand Development

  • Knowledge of Critical Issues related to the Environment

  • Public Sector & Policy Work Experience e.g., MPI

The Opportunity

The Future Leaders programme aligns with the Organic Sector Strategy. The structure will enable Future Directors to tailor their commitments to their interests, skills, and work schedules.

Future Directors can contribute to a diverse range of OANZ workstreams with mentoring from the OANZ Board. Future Directors receive education and mentoring on organics principles and governance principles.
